I guess I'm missing a step to tell it to output graphics?Īlso, I'm trying the M86a sample file you included in a prior post. But, instead, I found the following:Īnd no. I had hoped I would find some graphics files there. I navigated to my AstroTilla directory under my Documents directory, and I found a folder called 0. I have it load up one of my own images (M81-Nite1-SMALL.jpg), and it plate solved pretty quickly (15 seconds.) Under Actions, I can now tell it to Capture and Plate Solve Then, in AstroTortilla, the only change I make there is under Camera, I change the default to File Open Dialog. Work_directory = C:\Users\userid\Documents\Astrotortilla\ Can Astrotortilla operate like that? I'm hoping it can. I might not always use my own image where I want to know what targets are on it, so I might not have the camera/optics info, FOV, etc. That's my goal at this point, using some front end to just feed a local engine with an astro image, and let it figure it out. It just did a blind plate solve and annotation. I told it nothing about my camera, optics, even FOV. With, I merely upload a file (it's been a jpg), and after a few minutes, it pops out an annotated image. I'm confused regarding what you mentioned about configuring it to include info about my camera/optics, that is, having to enter those details in. From your description, it sounds like it's probably what I'm looking for. I will try setting up Astrotortilla when I get an available moment.
